Ruby color of beautiful intensity, clear fuchsia.
The nose develops a varied and typical bouquet. Notes of red fruits, in particular fresh raspberry, licorice mingle with a delicate and respectful woodiness. The notes of vanilla and roasting underline with warm touches a delicious ensemble.
The palate, lively, with crunchy fruitiness, presents a supple, rather light and digestible tannin, with a beautiful fruity aromatic expression: you will appreciate this St Joseph in its youth for its delicious and very expressive side.

As with my Crozes-Hermitage red 2021, my Saint-Joseph 2021 is characterized by a beautiful suppleness and perfect deliciousness which allows it to be tasted today.
A slightly more tannic frame will encourage you to position it at the end of the meal. A vintage that you will enjoy for 5 to 6 years.DELIVERY
