We are here on a very great so-called “gastronomic” wine.
This means that you will have (especially in the mouth) a very powerful and very rich wine. A wine that will stay in your mouth for a very long time. It is therefore important to choose carefully with whom and especially with what you are going to enjoy it. Prefer a very rich and very tasty dish too.
Bottling date: December 11, 2023. It is therefore very young. If he could speak he would probably tell you to wait until at least 2025 to taste it. Aging potential is 4 to 6 years.
