Crozes-Hermitage red 2021
Here we find the characteristics of the 2021 vintage. A wine marked by an intense fruitiness of licorice, violet and red fruit. The palate contains a small acidic hint which reinforces the fruit. The tannins are discreet, the attack is supple and the length is delicate.

I really like this vintage for its very pleasant and delicious side. A beautiful aromatic expression and a certain roundness on the palate make this wine a pleasure for all occasions. However, I would recommend it more at the start of a meal or even as an aperitif. This will certainly not be a vintage for great aging. About 5 years in my eyes.
