Winemaker's Notes
“Les Grands Blancs” is the faithful expression of our extraordinary terroir combined with the “respectable” age of the vines. It is a wine with strong personality while maintaining balance, born from precise and demanding organic work. I cultivate my vines as one cultivates a relationship: with patience, care… and trust.
