Crozes-Hermitage
WHITE
Les Coquelicots
2025

The generosity of Marsanne, the finesse of Roussanne, and the signature of Gervans.
Grape Variety-ies
95% Marsanne - 5% Roussanne
Terroir
Les Coquelicots Blanc comes from plots on the slopes of Gervans, in the northern part of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The vines, up to 80 years old, are planted on soils combining loess and decomposed granite. This combination of terroirs gives the wine its silky texture, elegant minerality and fine aromatic complexity.
Winemaking
Pressing adapted to grape ripeness, followed by cold static settling. Vinified with minimal oenological inputs, then aged on fine lees in tank to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. Very low sulphiting is carried out only at bottling.

Winemaker's Notes
Les Coquelicots Blanc is a faithful expression of our Gervans slopes and our old vines. I particularly love its balance between aromatic richness, freshness and finesse. A wine of immediate pleasure that will also gain complexity with a few years of cellaring.
