WINEMAKER’S ADVICE
For me, this rosé cuvée is important for the quality of the wine and its somewhat extraordinary character compared to the wines that I am used to vinifying and aging.
But also for what it represents. It is indeed for me the way to thank Nature for the quality and quantity of the grapes harvested. It will allow, above all thanks to you, to create several hectares of wildlife reserves through the work of the ASPAS association.
